Hey all. I just wanted to let you all know I got the courage last night to send facebook a very nice and very therro email explaining our difficulties wit signing up for their service. I got a very helpful reply back today from Lucy a CSR there and she requested some info from me and said she'd be more then happy to help me with the sign up process. I accepted her help and I do hope from my explanatory email that she will pass it along to the rest of facebook so we can soon have an audio file on the sign up page. So yes folks email does work you just have to try it first.

Hey Troy, tat's great to hear!! The folks over there are usually pretty receptive to user suggestions so it's nice to know they finally know we're having problems singing up.
well, i signed up before the security check was issued and. there was no problems signing up when facebook came out at first since there was no security check
